Mole Lake Conference Center offers 3,300 square feet of entertaining space for your next event. For business or social, our professional team will work with you to create a unique experience for you and your guests.

Our Conference Center is conveniently located between our Lodge & Casino while providing a private entrance with ample parking to our Ballroom. Allowing us to provide you and your guests several options during your time here in Mole Lake. Including access to our Gametime Sports Bar, the Coffee Pot, pool, exercise room and event spaces.

Our knowledgeable team is ready to provide you with a customized experience from planning your menu, beverage service, decor, entertainment and technology needs.

The Gathering Room

The Gathering Room located directly off our Lodge lobby is the perfect location to host your next business meeting or private party. Comfortable seating for up to 40 guests, it offers an in-room kitchenette area for beverage service, breakfast, lunch or snack options. Fully equipped with AV equipment, private patio and located close to the pool.

The Grand Ballroom

Our Grand Ballroom offers 3,300 square feet of verstility for a variety of business and social events. This space can also be broken down into our Spring Room, wich offers 1705 square feet of space along with more options to accomadate your event needs.

Our professional team is here to help you plan a unique, customized experience for you and your guests. We offer an assortment of catering options, beverage options and seating options to accommodate any type of event and budget. With ample parking, access to AV equipment, linen rental, and entertainment space our Grand Ballroom will exceed your expectations.
